As a Customer Service Executive, your responsibilities will include: · Building and maintaining relationships with customers and their key personnel for our UK based clients. · Conducting business reviews to ensure customers are satisfied with their products and services. · Cancelling any incorrectly issued PCNs. · Responding to enquiries on our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Zoho) · Introducing customers to supplementary products and add-ons that seamlessly align with our strategic vision. · Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients. · Carrying out customer’s satisfaction surveys and reviews. · Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. · Keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. · Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
