We are looking for a skilled IT Executive with 45 years of hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure, desktop support, and networking. The role involves handling end-to-end IT operations including hardware/software installations, network management, and user support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers
- Perform OS installation (Windows/Linux), hardware upgrades, and software installations
- Provide desktop support to end users for hardware, OS, applications, and network issues
- Configure and support firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWall, etc.), routers, and managed switches
- Ensure smooth connectivity and performance of LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi networks
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure AMC/vendor coordination
- Manage and monitor endpoint security, antivirus, and backup solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent preferred
