Job Description

Junior IT Executive | Hardware, End User Support & Master Data Management

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, LAN/WAN devices, and system peripherals
Deliver first-level technical support for end users (Windows, MS Office, network issues, application problems)
Maintain inventory and documentation for IT assets and hardware
Create, update, and manage user accounts, access controls, and passwords
Coordinate with vendors for AMC, repairs, and replacement of hardware components
Log incidents and resolutions in the IT helpdesk or ticketing system with proper documentation
Assist with data entry, data quality checks, and master data validation in HIS/LIMS/ERP platforms
Support IT team in ongoing infrastructure projects and improvements
Work with cross-functional teams to provide technical onboarding and system usage training

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
1-2 years hands-on experience in IT support, helpdesk, or hardware troubleshooting
Knowledge of Windows OS, Linux Based OS, MS Office Suite, LAN/WAN, Active Directory, and asset tracking
Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident logging
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
Prior exposure to healthcare IT/HIS/LIMS/ERP systems is a plus
Certifications (CompTIA, MCSE, etc.) preferred but not mandatory.
