Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Executive to support and manage our IT and development operations. The ideal candidate must have expertise in website development, coding, and proficiency in multiple programming languages including Java, JavaScript, Python, C++, JSON, and related technologies. You will be responsible for handling technical tasks, maintaining code quality, ensuring system security, and assisting in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and maintenance of websites and applications using modern frameworks and coding languages.
• Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code in Java, C++, Python, PHP, JavaScript, JSON, HTML/CSS, and more.
• Manage version control (Git), assist with deployments, and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with design, product, and operations teams to meet project goals.
• Assist in server and database management, ensuring compliance with cyber security standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and system reports.
• Conduct online research to gather accurate and relevant project information for campaigns and competitor analysis.
• Perform data entry and tracking within CRMs and internal tools.
• Handle Excel-related tasks such as preparing reports, tracking metrics, and using formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in IT operations or software development.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in web development and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with CRMs, business tools, and project management platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (sorting, filtering, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
