Unlike traditional sales roles, there are no sales targets. Your performance will be measured only on achieving key KPIs related to counseling quality, student engagement, and conversion of inquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Guidance & Advisory:
Engage with prospective students to understand their educational needs, career goals, and challenges, offering personalized counseling sessions to help them make informed decisions.Program Presentation: Clearly explain available programs, admission processes, eligibility criteria, and benefits, tailoring discussions to the students specific aspirations.Data Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of all student interactions and progress using company CRM tools. Ensure all follow-ups are timely and professional.KPI Achievement: Focus on delivering high-quality counseling sessions, timely follow-ups, and meeting set performance standards without the pressure of direct sales targets.
