Overcome objections confidently and guide students toward decision-making. Student Counseling Evaluate student profiles and provide strategic guidance. Recommend appropriate MBA programs, universities, and timelines. Build trust with students by explaining the complete admissions journey. Operational & Team Collaboration Update CRM records with accurate lead status and follow-up notes. Work closely with the mentoring and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Participate in webinars, events, and marketing campaigns to generate new leads. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory). 1–5 years of experience in EdTech sales, admissions counseling, or high-ticket sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to convince, influence, and drive decisions. High ownership mindset and a hunger to hit targets.
