Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, target-driven MBA Admissions Counselor who excels at converting leads into enrollments. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about counseling but thrives in a performance-based sales environment.

Your primary goal: Drive admissions, close sales, and deliver an exceptional student experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Conversion (Primary Focus)

  • Handle high-intent leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Conduct persuasive counseling sessions that convert prospects into paid enrollments.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly conversion targets.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Understand student needs and pitch the right Notion LearnINT services effectively.
  • Overcome objections confidently and guide students toward decision-making.

Student Counseling

  • Evaluate student profiles and provide strategic guidance.
  • Recommend appropriate MBA programs, universities, and timelines.
  • Build trust with students by explaining the complete admissions journey.

Operational & Team Collaboration

  • Update CRM records with accurate lead status and follow-up notes.
  • Work closely with the mentoring and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Participate in webinars, events, and marketing campaigns to generate new leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–5 years of experience in EdTech sales, admissions counseling, or high-ticket sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to convince, influence, and drive decisions.
  • High ownership mindset and a hunger to hit targets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
