Education Counselor

Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential leads through calls, chats, and email to understand their educational background and career needs.
• Explain various UG/PG program features, industry relevance, learning outcomes, and placement benefits clearly and confidently.
• Drive the entire admission journey—qualification, counseling, follow-ups, fee discussions, and enrollment.
• Consistently work toward weekly and monthly enrollment targets with a strong focus on student satisfaction and conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and regular updates in the CRM system.
• Identify student concerns or objections and provide solutions that help them make confident decisions.
• Build trust-based relationships with students to increase referrals and positive feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; specialization in education, business, or communication is a plus.
• Prior experience in EdTech admissions, career counseling, inside sales, or academic advisory is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex program details.
• Strong convincing skills, patience, and the ability to handle large volumes of leads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
