Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Counselor, based in Jaipur. The Education Counselor will assist students with career guidance, provide personalized counseling, and help them navigate the application and visa processes for studying in Germany. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding students' academic and career goals, offering advice on university programs, addressing queries related to admission requirements, and supporting students throughout their educational journey while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Educational Consulting and Student Counseling experience
• Proficiency in Career Counseling and knowledge of education systems, especially related to higher education in Germany
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for building rapport with students and parents
• Ability to work independently while being detail-oriented and organized
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience in overseas education consulting is a plus
