Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Counselor based in Kochi. The Education Counselor will guide students and families by providing expert advice on academic and career opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting student counseling sessions, recommending appropriate educational pathways, and preparing students for career planning. Collaboration with stakeholders and updating educational resources are also key aspects of the role. Qualifications Educational Consulting and Education expertise Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in understanding and addressing students' academic and personal needs Organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate counseling records Relevant degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field Familiarity with education systems, career trends, and scholarship opportunities
