Job Description

To manage the company’s financial activities, including budgeting, reporting, cash flow, and compliance, ensuring the organization remains financially healthy and well-managed.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review monthly and yearly financial reports.
Plan and monitor budgets and expenses.
Manage cash flow, banking, and investments.
Ensure all tax, audit, and legal requirements are met on time.
Maintain proper accounting records and financial systems.
Analyze financial performance and suggest improvements.
Support management with financial planning and decision-making.
Supervise and guide the accounts/finance team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
CA / CPA / CMA preferred.
5+ years of experience in accounting or financial management.
Good knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
Skilled in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).

Key Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
