Liaisoning Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Liaisoning Officer to assist in obtaining approvals, clearances, and permissions from various government departments and statutory authorities for real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of regulatory frameworks and a keen interest in real estate compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in obtaining necessary approvals and NOCs from government authorities such as:
• Municipal Corporation
• Town Planning
• Development Authority
• Revenue Department
• Environmental Clearance Boards, etc.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain all documentation and files required for approvals.
• Coordinate with internal departments (legal, design, project team) to gather required documents and drawings.
• Regularly follow up with departments and update the senior liaisoning team on the status of files and permissions.
• Attend site visits or meetings with officials when required.
• Maintain a tracking sheet of all applications, approvals, and their validity.
• Stay updated with changes in government regulations, construction laws, and local municipal policies.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Law, Public Administration, or related fields).
• 1–3 years of experience in liaisoning, preferably in the real estate/construction industry.
• Basic understanding of real estate regulatory and approval processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with government officials and internal teams.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits and department follow-ups.

• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
