Finance Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. He need to ensure the company’s financial health by managing accounting procedures, analyzing financial data, and developing strategies for financial performance and risk management. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily operations of the finance and accounting department. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements. Develop and manage the budgeting and forecasting process. Monitor financial performance and analyze variances to provide actionable insights. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies. Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and ensure timely submission of statutory filings. Evaluate investment opportunities and financial risks. Support senior management with strategic decision-making using financial data. Implement and maintain financial systems, controls, and procedures. Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly desirable. Proven experience (typically 4+ years) in financial management, accounting, or related roles. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and financial analysis tools. Proficient in financial softwares (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Excel). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. High attention to detail and integrity.
