Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager at Infinium Developers, you will play a crucial role in leading the financial planning, management, compliance, and reporting functions of the company. Your responsibilities will include driving the financial strategy aligned with the company's vision, developing financial models and forecasts, ensuring accurate financial reconciliations, leading the budgeting process, preparing financial statements and dashboards, ensuring compliance with financial and statutory laws, managing taxation functions, identifying financial risks, leading a team of finance professionals, optimizing financial systems and processes, and coordinating financial dealings with clients, contractors, and vendors. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field (Masters/MBA/CA preferred), have a minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management with progressive leadership responsibilities, possess strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards, and demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. While prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred, it is not mandatory.
