As a Brand & Design Associate at Magnet Cowork in Chandigarh, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to powering one of India's fastest-growing coworking brands. We are seeking a creative powerhouse with a strong passion for visual storytelling and design that enhances experiences. Your responsibilities will include curating member testimonials and transforming them into compelling brand stories, designing a variety of digital and print assets like flyers, pitch decks, and posters, and maintaining consistent brand visuals across all touchpoints. You will also play a key role in designing sub-brand assets, collaborating on brand refreshes, and creating visual assets for new services and offerings. Additionally, you will support interior and spatial design by developing mood boards, creating mockups for space layouts, and enhancing in-space branding through wall art and installations. Your role will also involve event marketing, where you will promote events through digital campaigns, design event invites and banners, and capture post-event highlights for storytelling and social media. You will be responsible for updating website banners and visual content, assisting in the design of newsletters and email marketing campaigns, and monitoring performance across social media and campaigns to provide actionable insights for optimization and growth.
