Archohm is a leading architecture and design firm seeking an experienced Finance Head to oversee financial management, strategy, and operations.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial functions, ensure fiscal responsibility, and drive business growth. The Finance Head will develop and implement financial strategies, manage financial planning, and provide guidance on financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Budgeting:

- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations.

2. Financial Reporting and Compliance:

- Prepare and review financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.

3. Financial Management:

- Oversee accounts receivable, payable, and general ledger.

- Manage cash flow, treasury, and funding strategies.

4. Cost Control and Profitability:

- Monitor project costs, revenues, and profitability.

- Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize resource allocation.

5. Financial Analysis and Advisory:

- Provide financial insights to support business decisions.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.

6. Team Management:

- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals.

- Mentor staff and provide training and guidance.

7. Strategic Planning:

- Participate in firm-wide strategic planning and decision-making.

- Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

2. Experience: 8+ years in finance leadership roles, preferably in architecture, engineering, or professional services.

3. Certifications: CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent.

4. Skills:

- Financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.

- Financial reporting, compliance, and governance.

- Leadership, team management, and communication.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).

5. Industry Knowledge:

- Familiarity with architecture and design industry financial dynamics.
