Our divisions work cohesively to provide comprehensive media and public relations services.

Responsibilities -

Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Monitor client billing and collections; ensure timely invoicing and follow-ups.
Track campaign and project costs to ensure profitability.
Liaise with internal departments to verify billing accuracy and cost allocations.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Support audits and coordinate with external auditors or tax consultants.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
2+ years of experience in a finance role; experience in advertising, media, or a creative agency is a plus.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficient in MS Excel, accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books), and ERP systems.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
