Finance Executive

About the Role:

As a Finance Manager, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. You’ll work closely with leadership to manage resources effectively and ensure financial health across all departments.

What You'll Do:

✅ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

✅ Manage budgets, cost control, and variance analysis

✅ Oversee cash flow planning and risk assessment

✅ Ensure tax, audit, and legal compliance

✅ Lead internal financial audits and implement process improvements

✅ Support strategic decision-making with financial insights

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit (preferably in retail or FMCG)

✅ Strong understanding of financial principles, taxation, and compliance

✅ Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or other ERP software

✅ Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial modeling)

✅ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

✅ Bachelor’s in Finance/Commerce (CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
