Job description-Dot Media is on the lookout for a Music Business Executive who’s passionate about the music and influencer space. The role involves end-to-end campaign execution, client servicing, and driving business growth by working closely with artists, labels, and influencers. Key Responsibilities: Build, manage, and grow relationships with independent artists, record labels, and digital influencers.Develop and pitch creative campaign strategies that combine music promotion with influencer engagement.Work closely with artists and influencers to create impactful collaborations and release-driven content.Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the music, content, and influencer space.Oversee end-to-end campaign execution—from concept and planning to coordination and post-release analysis.Liaise with internal teams to align client needs and ensure campaign delivery.Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates and insights to clients.Stay on top of music trends, social media shifts, and rising talent within the artist and influencer communities. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in music business development, client servicing, influencer marketing, or artist management.Strong understanding of the music industry and influencer landscape across platforms like Instagram and YouTube.Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced, creative environment.A strong network within the independent artist and content creator community is a big plus. QualificationsArtist Management and Talent Identification skillsExperience in Contract Negotiations and Business Strategy DevelopmentProficiency in Marketing, Public Relations, and Project CoordinationStrong networking abilities and industry contactsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExperience in the music industry is highly preferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Music Management, or a related field
