Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Quarterly and Yearly Certifications with State Bank of India (SBI)

Preparation and submission of required documentation and financial statements, Due Deligance Report, Arms Lenth Certification, End Use Certification, FATA Certification, Undertaking

Daily MSME Vendor Payment Management

Monitoring and processing of payments to MSME vendors in compliance with applicable regulations.

Buyers’ Credit MIS Preparation

Maintenance and reporting of buyers’ credit details for internal review and audit purposes.

Import Payment MIS Management

Tracking and reporting of all import-related payments, including adherence to timelines and documentation.

Monthly Working for HDFC and SBI CC Utilization

Analysis and reporting of credit card utilization, limits, and available balances.

Bank Documentation for Enhancement and Renewal

End-to-end coordination and preparation of financial documents for credit enhancement and renewal with bankers.

Subsidy Related Annexures and Certification Coordination

Liaison with bankers for preparation and submission of subsidy-related annexures and certification.

Monthly Stock Statement and Drawing Power (DP) Calculation – SBI & HDFC

Preparation and submission of monthly stock statements and DP calculations as per bank formats.

Export Outstanding MIS and Treasury Documentation

Maintenance of export receivables and coordination on treasury-related documentation and updates.

Quarterly UFCE Certification

Preparation and timely submission of UFCE certification reports to the bank.

Daily Routine Banking Coordination

Day-to-day liaison with banks for routine financial transactions and documentation.

Coordination with Stock Auditors (Half-Yearly)

Providing necessary data and support to stock auditors and ensuring smooth audit completion.
