Position: 📦 Warehouse Executive 🧾 Billing & Dispatch Executive Location: Powai, Mumbai Experience: 2–3 years We’re looking for dynamic and detail-oriented professionals to join our growing operations team at Svasthyaa, a fast-emerging ethnic snacking brand redefining the way India enjoys its traditional snacks — wholesome, rooted, and premium. 🔹 About Svasthyaa Svasthyaa stands for mindful indulgence — bringing together authentic Indian flavors with the goodness of nutritious ingredients. From khakhras to ethnic mixes, our mission is to make traditional snacking modern, convenient, and accessible to all. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Warehouse Executive Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management & material inward/outward. Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for timely deliveries. Ensure stock accuracy and maintain documentation. Supervise loading/unloading and maintain hygiene & safety standards. Follow up with the supplier Billing & Dispatch Executive Generate invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documentation. Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for order fulfillment. Manage courier follow-ups and maintain dispatch MIS. Support warehouse team for smooth billing and dispatch flow. The Finance Executive will handle the preparation and analysis of financial statements, oversee financial reporting, and ensure compliance with tax regulations, including Goods and Services Tax (GST). This role involves daily management of financial operations, monitoring budgets, and providing analytical insights to support strategic decisions. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements Strong Analytical Skills with an ability to identify trends and solve financial challenges Knowledge of Finance principles and practices Experience in managing compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) Expertise in Financial Reporting and presenting data for decision-making Detail-oriented with high organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred) Prior experience in a similar financial role is an asset Requirements: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent qualification Freshers or up to 1 year of experience may apply Basic understanding of accounting principles and MS Excel Willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment Attention to detail, honesty, and a positive attitude
