Job Description

Position Objective

We are seeking an Accounts/Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll support and employee reimbursements. The role requires maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely collections and payments, supporting audits, and contributing to overall financial compliance and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable

  • Generate and dispatch customer invoices as per timelines.
  • Record customer receipts and reconcile with bank entries.
  • Track and manage credit limits and aging reports.
  • Follow up with customers to reduce outstanding dues.

Accounts Payable

  • Verify and process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and initiate payments as per due dates.
  • Maintain AP ledger and track vendor balances.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Payroll & Reimbursements

  • Support payroll data consolidation and processing with HR.
  • Process employee reimbursement claims and maintain supporting records.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and statutory payroll deductions (PF, TDS, etc.).

Inventory & General Accounting

  • Maintain inventory records and reconcile with physical counts.
  • Calculate COGS, margins, and update ERP entries.
  • Handle provisions for obsolescence and bad debts.
  • Assist in general ledger scrutiny and book closure activities.

Audit & Reporting

  • Provide necessary data for internal and statutory audits.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly financial reports.
  • Support documentation for SVB filings, tax submissions, and compliance audits.


Qualifications & Experience

  • B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on with ERP accounting systems
  • Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Indian accounting standards.
