Job Description

Job Description: You will be responsible for driving revenue growth in cybersecurity services by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. As an Account Executive, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their security challenges and aligning them with AuthenticOne's solutions. This client-facing role requires strategic thinking, technical acumen, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. - Identify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned territories or verticals. - Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers like CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and Procurement teams. - Conduct consultative sales presentations to showcase the value of AuthenticOne's cybersecurity services. - Collaborate with Presales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to create tailored solutions and proposals. - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation to contract closure. - Maintain accurate CRM records, including forecasting and pipeline management. - Represent AuthenticOne at industry events, webinars, and trade shows to enhance brand awareness. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. - Experience: 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, IT services, or SaaS, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. - Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and market trends. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to translate technical solutions into business value. Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market clients in Mumbai. - Basic understanding of cybersecurity solutions like GRC, VAPT, Red Teaming, and frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, DPDPA, SEBI CSCRF, etc. - Existing relationships with IT or security decision-makers.
