Job Description

As an Account Executive at AuthenticOne, your role will involve driving revenue growth through identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in cybersecurity services. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their security challenges and aligning them with AuthenticOne's solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. - Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within assigned territories or verticals. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and Procurement teams. - Conducting consultative sales presentations to articulate the value of AuthenticOne's cybersecurity services such as Strategy and Governance Services, Audit & Assessment Services, Advisory & Compliance Services, and Managed Security Services. - Collaborating with Presales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to craft tailored solutions and proposals. - Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation to contract closure. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including forecasting and pipeline management. - Representing AuthenticOne at industry events, webinars, and trade shows to build brand awareness and thought leadership. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Experience: 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, IT services, or SaaS, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex sales cycles. - Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and market trends, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, ability to translate technical solutions into business value, self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills, familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot). Preferred qualifications include experience selling to enterprise or mid-market clients in Mumbai, high-level understanding of cybersecurity solutions and services like GRC, VAPT, Red Teaming, and frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, DPDPA, SEBI CSCRF, etc., and existing relationships with IT or security decision-makers.
