Job Description

The role available is with one of Weekday's clients and requires a minimum experience of 3 years. This is a full-time position located in Gurgaon. About Us: We are an elite HubSpot partner agency known as OneMetric. Our mission is to provide comprehensive go-to-market strategies to companies in the US, UK, and Europe. We focus on reducing time to market and revenue cycles through services such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and content marketing. We are continuously expanding our tech stacks and capabilities to serve our clients efficiently. Key Result Areas (KRAs) - Account Executive As an Account Executive, your responsibilities will include: - Revenue Generation: Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, driving business acquisition, and maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified leads. - New Client Acquisition: Closing new key accounts and expanding market presence in the assigned territory or vertical. - Account Management & Growth: Building and maintaining strong client relationships to enable upselling and cross-selling, ensuring year-over-year growth in key accounts through continuous engagement. - Sales Pipeline Development: Conducting in-depth research and account mapping to identify potential clients. - Stakeholder Engagement: Building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers such as VPs, CXOs, and HR Heads. - CRM & Reporting: Updating all sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems regularly, assisting in creating accurate sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards (MIS). - Market & Service Knowledge: Communicating value propositions clearly aligned with customer needs. - Sales Process Adherence: Following a structured and consultative sales process for lead closure, collaborating with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless handover and onboarding. - Customer Satisfaction: Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention, addressing escalations, and resolving issues promptly.
