Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working as an Account Executive for one of Weekday's clients, an elite HubSpot partner agency called OneMetric. The company is dedicated to providing comprehensive go-to-market strategies to companies in the US, UK, and Europe. Your role will involve revenue generation, client acquisition, account management, sales pipeline development, stakeholder engagement, CRM & reporting, market & service knowledge, sales process adherence, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets - Drive expanding business acquisition and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads - Close new key accounts and expand market presence in the assigned territory or vertical - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enable upselling and cross-selling - Conduct in-depth research and account mapping to identify potential clients - Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers such as VPs, CXOs, and HR Heads - Update all sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems regularly - Assist in creating accurate sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards - Communicate value propositions clearly aligned to customer needs - Follow a structured and consultative sales process for closure of leads - Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless handover and onboarding - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention - Address escalations and resolve issues promptly Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role - Willingness to work in a Startup culture - Flexibility with work hours - Proactive and motivated attitude - Ability to take ownership and solve problems Additional Company Details (if present): OneMetric is an elite HubSpot partner agency dedicated to providing comprehensive go-to-market strategies to companies in the US, UK, and Europe.
