The Account Executive Sales is responsible for managing accounts within the assigned vertical for the Growth Sales segment. You will play a key role in driving sales opportunities, ensuring alignment with stakeholders across the organization to meet business needs and provide value to clients. Your main responsibilities include exceeding sales and product objectives, developing new business, prospecting and networking for leads, qualifying leads effectively, engaging with high-level executives to address business needs, utilizing solution selling techniques to guide the sales process, responding to RFPs, staying informed about product lines and industry trends, participating in marketing plans and activities, delivering sales presentations and software demos, preparing quotes and proposals, and facilitating client transfers to the Professional Services team. You will report to the Director of Sales and collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization. To excel in this role, you should have experience in defining solutions with clear value propositions, identifying and developing accounts, achieving closed sales and high client satisfaction, possessing strong communication skills, working effectively in a fast-paced environment, being highly motivated and target-driven, and engaging with business leaders and executives. In terms of technical competencies, you should have knowledge of the SaaS business model and Software Sales Cycle, understanding of software, support, and services contracts, experience with CRM software and forecasting tools (preferably Salesforce), familiarity with enterprise application requirements and architecture, business knowledge of SQL and/or other database technology, and understanding of relevant programming technologies such as ASP, XML, .NET, and JavaScript. Additionally, knowledge of the Environmental, Health & Safety, and Sustainability industry is considered an asset. Ideally, you should hold a B-Tech MBA with previous experience in Enterprise Software Sales and have 3-5 years of experience in software and service sales or a related field. Some travel within India may be required for this role.,
