Key Responsibilities

Lead
MIS reporting, dashboards, and financial analysis
to deliver actionable insights to leadership.
Manage
investor relations
– reporting, presentations, and performance updates.
Oversee
budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
aligned with company growth.
Ensure
statutory compliance, taxation, and audits
are completed smoothly and timely.
Monitor
working capital, treasury, and cash flow management
.
Strengthen
internal controls, governance, and risk management frameworks
.
Partner with cross-functional teams to
optimize cost structures and profitability
.
Support
strategic initiatives
such as fundraising, M&A, and expansion planning.

Skills & Qualifications

CA / MBA Finance
with 4+ years of relevant experience (E-commerce / Consumer Goods / Startups preferred).
Strong knowledge of
MIS reporting, financial modeling, and analytics
.
Experience in
investor management and fundraising support
.
Deep understanding of
accounting standards, tax, and regulatory compliance
.
Proficiency in
Excel, ERP systems, and financial tools
.
Strong
communication, leadership, and stakeholder management
skills.
