Finance Controller

As a Financial Analyst in this role, your main responsibilities will include: - Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes - Analyzing monthly financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights to business leadership - Developing and maintaining detailed financial models supporting product-level P&L, marketing ROI, and customer acquisition efficiency - Collaborating with sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to support decision-making and drive business performance - Tracking and optimizing unit economics, contribution margin, and working capital across product lines - Preparing dashboards, variance reports, and investor-ready presentations - Providing support during audits, fundraising, and board meetings - Recommending actionable insights for cost optimization and revenue acceleration Qualifications required for this role: - Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus - Strong business acumen and ability to communicate financial insights clearly - Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders - Attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving In addition to these responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of India's femtech revolution.
