What you should have: - Minimum requirement is bachelor’s degree in any stream with MBA/PGDM from recognized university/Institute is preferred. - Minimum MUST have 3–5 years of experience in secured lending, preferably in LAP, Mortgage or School Financing. - Familiarity with basic documentation and risk assessment for secured lending products. - Excellent organizational, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills. - High ownership, execution capability and a target-driven approach. - Strong understanding of school financing sector dynamics, especially K-12 and Private Schooling. - Having strong understanding on 3Ps of LAP Product, Process & Policy. What will you do? - At Flyhi, sourcing a LAP is just the beginning. You’ll do more than close a LAP deal. After funding the school’s capital needs, you’ll also introduce them to Flyhi’s student fee financing program, helping them boost admissions while generating a second business opportunity for you. - You’ll own your geography like an entrepreneur, prospecting schools, managing relationships and unlocking revenue from multiple angles. Each school is a gateway to sustained business. - Partner with Decision-Makers: You’ll work directly with school promoters, trustees, directors and founders, strategic decision-makers who value long-term, solution-based engagement. - Unlike generic LAP sales, this role focuses exclusively on the education ecosystem, where demand for capital is strong and growing, giving you a specialized edge in the secured lending space. - Responsible for sales and business development revenue targets. - Prepare necessary sales reports and MIS on a routine basis. - Be part of a mission-led NBFC solving real capital challenges in the education ecosystem.
