Key Responsibilities:* - *Customer Queries and Resolution:*   - Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat   - Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues - *Delivery Issues:*   - Handle customer complaints related to delivery   - Coordinate with logistics team to resolve issues - *Liaison with Hub Supervisor:*   - Collaborate with hub supervisors to resolve customer issues   - Ensure seamless communication and issue resolution - *Inbound and Outbound Calls:*   - Handle inbound customer care calls   - Make outbound calls to customers for issue resolution, retention, and cross-selling - *Low Credit Balance and Wallet Refill:*   - Identify customers with low credit balances   - Proactively reach out to customers to facilitate wallet refills - *Retention:*   - Identify churn risks and attempt to retain customers   - Offer personalized solutions to retain customers - *Cross-Selling:*   - Identify opportunities to cross-sell SKUs to existing customers   - Promote relevant products and services to customers
