Job Description

As a Retail sales, you will be responsible for nurturing and managing customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. You will leverage CRM software to track customer interactions, preferences, and sales data to create personalized experiences and engagement strategies. Responsibilities: •Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction. •Identify and generate new business opportunities and achieve sales target and KPI set by the organization. •Setting and creating communication channels with customers for better insights and sales. •Provide exceptional customer service and support. •Maintain an in-depth knowledge of jewelry products and industry trends. •Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services and offerings. •Negotiate customer contracts and close deals within timelines. •Prepare and maintain sales reports and CRM data. Qualifications •Under graduate / Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field. •Proven experience in a customer service or CRM role, preferably in the jewelry industry. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
