Ensure Ticketing is done as per standards and is always updated. Stock counts to be done as per the defined processes Maintains Customer data for follow-up in the Follow up Register. Continuous Learning : Keeping oneself updated with all the product knowledge, promotions, processes and policies Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
