Finance Controller

About the Role

We are scouting for AM/ DM in the Finance controller team.

Some high level things you would own but not limited to:

●       Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations.

●       Audit Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure timely resolution of findings and recommendations.

●       Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, procedures and guidelines.

●       RBI compliance, Direct & Indirect tax compliances.

●       Ensure adherence to Identify and mitigate financial risks. Working closely with the finance systems and internal control teams to ensure the design and effectiveness of systems, processes and controls provide a strong and robust environment.

●       Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

●       Financial Systems and Tools: Evaluate, select, and implement financial systems, software, and tools. Provide training and support to end users.

●       Performance evaluation, and professional development.

●       Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness of financial operations.

What you would possess already:

●       CA with 2+ years of experience, NBFC background preferred.

●       Exposure of working with multiple stakeholders

●       Strong stakeholder management

●       Strong project management skills

●       Sharp learning curve

●       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

●       Strong problem solving and analytical skills

●       Be result-oriented with the ability to be decisive; should be willing to seize initiatives and opportunities.
