Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer with expertise in valves to join our team in Chennai, Bengaluru and HyderabadThe ideal candidate 1-2 years of field sales experience and a strong understanding of valve products. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned territory (Chennai City, Bengaluru and Hyderabad) by building and nurturing customer relationships, offering technical expertise, and promoting our pump solutions.Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell valves and related products to potential customers within the assigned territory.Conduct on-site visits to understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance on valve selection.Prepare and present proposals and quotations to clients.Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients to expand market reach.Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Provide product training and support to customers as needed.Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, to ensure smooth product delivery and customer service.Regularly report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.Required Qualifications and Skills:1-2 years of field sales experience, preferably in the valve industry or any industrial product sales .Strong knowledge of pumps and related products.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Must possess a valid two-wheeler for fieldwork.Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Proficiency in using sales tools and software.Benefits:Generous allowances.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing industry.Supportive work environment and career growth opportunities.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
