Finance Controller

As the Finance Controller at Hyatt Regency Kochi, your role involves efficiently managing the department in alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the department meets employee, guest, and owner expectations. You will oversee the Accounting & Finance and Information Systems policies and procedures, operations, and administration by planning, organizing, directing, and controlling them effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the department to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company standards. - Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business goals. - Oversee the Accounting & Finance and Information Systems policies and procedures. - Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team. - Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for management. Qualifications Required: - University degree or diploma in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism management preferred. - CA certification would be advantageous. - Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Finance Controller or Finance Manager. - Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.,
