Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, general ledger, and MIS reporting.
Oversee finance controller activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (AS) and internal controls to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Develop and implement effective strategies for cash flow management and investment opportunities.
Provide leadership support to the finance team by setting goals, reviewing performance metrics, and providing coaching.

Desired Candidate Profile

6-10 years of experience in finance controlling role with a CA qualification from any specialization.
Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act requirements, taxation laws (direct & indirect), labor regulations etc. .
Proficiency in SAP FICO module; experience with other ERP systems like Tally or similar tools is an added advantage.
