Finance Controller

As a Senior Finance Manager with 3-5+ years of experience post-CA degree, your role involves leading and managing the finance and accounting team to ensure efficient operations and compliance with accounting standards. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives. - Conducting financial analysis and reporting, providing clear insights to management through detailed MIS reports. - Managing cash flow, working capital, and securing appropriate financing for company growth. - Overseeing direct and indirect taxation processes to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. - Managing internal controls, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and reporting requirements. - Developing strong relationships with external auditors for smooth audit processes. - Providing strategic financial guidance to business unit leaders and supporting business development initiatives. - Implementing financial systems and software like Tally ERP. - Managing risk assessment and mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's financial health. - Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting. Qualifications required for this role include: - Chartered Accountant with 3-5+ years of experience post-CA degree. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). - Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and internal controls. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate financial data into actionable insights. - Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and collaborate effectively. - Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools like Excel and financial modeling software. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. - Understanding of the data sciences industry is a plus.
