Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement total rewards strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees across various levels within the organization. Design and manage compensation packages, including base pay structures, bonuses, benefits, perks, etc. to align with company goals and industry standards. Analyze market trends and competitor data to inform reward decisions that drive business results. Collaborate with HR teams to develop policies and procedures for employee benefits programs. Ensure compliance with local labor laws regarding minimum wages, social security contributions, health insurance requirements. Desired Candidate Profile 7-12 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or related field (HR). MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution. Strong understanding of Total Rewards principles and practices. Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
