Job Description

As a Rewards Partner at Lenskart, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of tech-enabled rewards and compensation strategies. You will be part of a dynamic team that is redefining the eyewear industry through innovation, technology, and scale. Your deep expertise in compensation, analytical skills, and technology-first mindset will be essential in designing and implementing scalable rewards programs that attract, retain, and inspire top talent. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and management of holistic, tech-enabled rewards programs to enhance performance, engagement, and long-term retention globally. - Collaborate with HR Leaders, Business Heads, Founders, and Finance to align compensation decisions with business objectives through data modeling and scenario analysis. - Ensure market competitiveness while maintaining internal fairness and cost governance. - Develop automated compensation dashboards, workflows, and reporting tools to enable data-driven decision-making. - Drive change management and communication strategies for the successful rollout of new rewards programs. - Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and maintain audit-ready documentation. - Provide expertise on job leveling, compensation structures, and rewards philosophy to HRBPs, Talent teams, and managers. Qualifications Required: - Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to work with complex data sets and build models. - Proficiency in Excel, including modeling, scenario analysis, and advanced functions. - Experience with PowerBI or other BI tools to build automated dashboards and analytics. - Prior experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or People Analytics supporting high-growth, multi-location, or global teams. - Tech-driven mindset with a curiosity for emerging tools and digital transformation. - Excellent communication, influencing skills, and stakeholder management. - High ownership, agility, and ability to thrive in a fast-scaling, dynamic environment.
