Finance Associate

Transfer of Shares

• Manage and oversee the entire process of share transfers, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transfer processes, including obtaining necessary approvals and preparing required documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of share ownership and all related transactions.

Partners’ Books Maintenance

• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of financial records and books of partners.
• Prepare and update financial statements for partners, including calculating profit shares.
• Support audit processes and prepare relevant documentation as needed.

Financial Reporting

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports: monthly, quarterly, and annual.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities; present actionable findings to management.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to internal control systems, company policies, and applicable laws/regulations.
• Assist in establishing and implementing best practices for finance operations to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Collaboration

• Work closely with other finance team members, auditors, and external parties to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
• Provide support for finance-related projects as required, including process improvements and system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: CMA qualification (Cost & Management Accountant), fully qualified or in advanced stage.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in share transfers and partners’ books maintenance.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
• Proficient user of accounting software; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
