Finance Associate

As a member of our team at Le Mridien, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality for our guests. You will be expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and professional appearance while upholding confidentiality and protecting company assets and the privacy of guests and coworkers. Communication is key in this role, as you will be required to speak clearly and professionally, prepare and review written documents accurately, and answer telephones with appropriate etiquette. In addition to these responsibilities, you will be involved in physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Developing and nurturing positive working relationships with your colleagues is essential, as is providing support to achieve common goals and addressing the concerns of fellow employees. Flexibility is crucial in this role, as you may be asked to perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by your supervisors. The ideal candidate for this position will have a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and at least 1 year of related work experience. While supervisory experience is not required, a willingness to learn and grow within the company is essential. No specific license or certification is necessary for this role.
