Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger entries.
• Assist in preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of financial data into accounting systems.
• Support in creating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF/ESIC filings, and ROC requirements.
• Maintain documentation for finance policies, SOPs, and workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (CA Inter / MBA Finance is a plus)
• 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounting tools like Tally, Xero, or similar.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to multitask.
