We are hiring an on-site Finance & Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting, compliance, and transactional finance activities.

Role: Finance & Accounts Executive (Finance & Accounts Executive)

Role & Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle accounting for assigned clients/business units including daybook entries, ledgers and month‑end closing activities.
Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable; prepare timely supplier payments and customer billing follow-ups.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash & bank records; resolve variances and support treasury basics.
Prepare GST, TDS and other statutory returns; coordinate with tax consultants and ensure timely compliance.
Support payroll processing, employee reimbursements and related payroll reconciliations.
Generate periodic financial reports and assist with audit schedules, cost analysis and process-improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Candidate Profile

Proven hands‑on experience in transactional accounting, statutory compliance and month‑end close in an on‑site role.
Detail‑oriented, deadline-driven and able to manage multiple client accounts concurrently.
Comfortable working with accounting software and quick to adopt ERP workflows and process controls.
