Finance and Account Executive

Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account and Finance Executive with 1–2 years of experience in managing finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting overall financial activities within the organization. This role requires excellent analytical skills, a strong grasp of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  
• Manage accounts payable and receivable including verifying invoices and purchases orders.
  
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies within the general ledger.
  
• Communicate with clients regarding transactions, invoices, and account-related queries.
  
• Support corporate finance operations and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  
• Timely generation of invoices and follow-up for payments from clients.
  
• Regular updates on quotations, sales orders, and other data entries into the accounting system.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
  
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts including bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
