Job Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to clients on Enterprise Planning and Performance Management needs.
• Design, build, and manage planning and performance management technology solutions aligned with clients’ corporate strategy-to-execution process.
• Implement and utilize AI-infused extended Planning and Analytics (xP&A) platforms, such as:
• IBM Planning Analytics
• Cognos Controller
• Other cloud financial planning & performance management software
• Apply AI/ML forecasting algorithms for enhanced financial planning and predictive insights.
• Provide expertise in financial and operational planning processes including:
• Strategy, Marketing, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Capital and Project Planning
• Production & Capacity Planning
• Long-range forecasting, rolling forecasts, cash flow forecasting
• Financial statement planning (B/S and P&L) and financial modeling
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision making.
• Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive performance management discussions.
• Identify performance gaps, implement change initiatives, and provide comprehensive transformation recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful financial reporting, planning, and performance management projects at the enterprise level.
  

Required Skills

• Strong business acumen in finance and operations planning.
• Technical proficiency in AI-infused xP&A platforms (IBM Planning Analytics, Cognos Controller, cloud FP&A tools).
• Hands-on experience with forecasting algorithms, financial modeling, and analytics.
• Deep understanding of corporate strategy, performance management, and planning processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable transformation recommendations.
