Omnicom Health Group is comprised of more than a dozen communications companies specializing in every area of health, medicine and wellness. We work with life-science companies to build world-class brands across every phase of the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

• Management of brands’ weekly trackers
• Responsible for A/R reports; tracking daily cash receipts
• Assist Finance teams with upload requests into client systems (i.e. Decideware)
• Work directly with the Client Finance Managers (CFMs) to ensure all fees and expenses are billed to clients in a timely and accurate manner
• Generate monthly billing requests for the agency in internal system
• Maintain rates and ensure any missing rates are entered
• Collect OOP backup for the clients that require it and ensure it adheres to client policies
• Liaison with key members of the finance organization
• Coordinate with Finance Manager on vendor set ups
• Special projects as assigned working with finance team

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:

This may be the right role for you if you have:

• Bachelor's or Post Graduate Degree in accounting or finance, M.Com/MBA-Finance (Optional)
• 3-5 years of post-qualification
• Willingness to work in a 6:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. shift.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel required
• Prior experience with Dynamics and Cognos preferred
• Strong understanding of financial and business terminology and concepts
• Professional attitude and service oriented demeanour; team player; ability to work with a variety of individuals across teams and levels
• Ability to work in fast paced, changing environment; strong multi-tasking skills
• Creative problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
