About the Role

Finance Administrator

From tracking transactions to ensuring smooth dispatch coordination, this role is central to keeping our numbers, inventory, and documentation aligned with Ideal’s quality and efficiency standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee

    daily financial transactions

    — record, verify, and reconcile all incoming and outgoing payments.
  • Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI), Tax Invoices, and Delivery Challans

    in accordance with company policies and GST norms.
  • Maintain

    inventory records

    for machines, accessories, and spare parts; coordinate with the warehouse and service departments for stock updates.
  • Track and reconcile

    dispatches and deliveries

    , ensuring accurate billing and documentation.
  • Manage

    vendor and client ledgers

    , follow up for outstanding payments, and update the finance tracker regularly.
  • Coordinate with the

    sales and logistics team

    for smooth processing of orders from PI to final dispatch.
  • Support in

    monthly closing, petty cash handling, and bank reconciliation.

  • Maintain all financial records, vouchers, and supporting documents for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Assist in generating

    MIS reports, purchase orders, and cost summaries

    as required by management.
  • Ensure compliance with

    BIS, GST, and company finance guidelines

    .
  • Liaise with accountants and management for smooth financial operations.

  • Desired Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
    • 2–5 years of relevant experience in finance administration, inventory, or operations (preferably in the manufacturing or trading sector).
    • Strong command over

      Tally ERP / Zoho Books / Excel

      .
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work collaboratively across departments.
    • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
