Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position, located in Chennai, for a Finance Administrator. The Finance Administrator will be responsible for developing and implementing financial plans, managing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights for decision-making. The role will include daily collaboration with relevant stakeholders, efficient financial process management, and ensuring compliance with company policies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up and manage all payment schedules with vendors and stakeholders
  • Handle GST compliance, including filings, reconciliations, and payments
  • Manage company statutory filings and ensure timely compliance
  • Oversee TDS calculations, deductions, and filings
  • Manage employee-related deductions and payroll compliance (from mid-next year onwards)
  • Support financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external agencies when required
  • Ensure compliance with Start-up India and MSME Acts, including registrations, benefits, and reporting


Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
  • Hands-on experience with company filings and financial documentation
  • Good understanding of Startup India and MSME regulations
  • Experience in financial planning and basic accounting practices
  • High attention to detail with strong follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently
  • Proficiency in accounting tools and MS Excel (preferred)


Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with Start-ups

    or MSME organizations
  • Prior exposure to compliance-driven finance roles
