Job Title: Business Development Executive (International Sales) Location: Chennai Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2+ Years Industry: IT / Digital Marketing / Software Services Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in international sales, particularly in IT or digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should possess a good understanding of global market dynamics and a strong grasp of digital marketing concepts to effectively identify, pitch, and convert prospects across various regions. Key Responsibilities: Identify, research, and generate new business leads in international markets (US, UK, EU, etc.). Develop and execute lead generation strategies through email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital platforms. Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities and closed deals. Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Utilize digital marketing knowledge to communicate the value and ROI of our services to prospects. Maintain and update the sales pipeline and activity tracker using CRM tools. Build and sustain long-term relationships with potential and existing international clients. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and conversion targets. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales, preferably in digital marketing, IT services, or SaaS. Strong communication and negotiation skills with an ability to influence decision-makers. Knowledge of digital marketing services. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach. Experience working with global clients across time zones. Understanding of B2B lead generation techniques.
